What was the biggest challenge you faced in creating your store? Finding suitable images and creating all the text.
What worked really well when using our platform? Setting up all the collections & products. The variants are particularly easy to use with fashion goods (as they feature sizes and colors etc out of the box)
What could be improved when using our platform? Maybe giving the merchants more flexibility when it comes to the layout.
How did this experience help you build empathy for our merchants? It can be overwhelming with little to no prior experience in ecommerce. There are so many factors to consider: technical, legal, user experience, marketing.
What is your biggest takeaway from this experience? A clear roadmap helps. Focus on the products, then on legal aspects, then payments, then proceed to marketing. Don't rush and work on everything at once.
